Mangshan Mountain Viper
This image captures the intensity of colors found in even the most reviled of species. This stunning snake was one of the first “good” images I’ve ever taken with my camera. The many shades of green used by this species to camouflage into their mossy mountain homes is an effective tool to stay invisible from prey until they come into focus.
