Common Chimpanzee

Sharing the glare of a chimpanzee is one of the most surreal experiences someone can have. Their eyes meet ours and there is a shared sense of recognition, no matter how brief. Chimpanzees and the other great apes are a reminder to us that we are not so unlike the millions of other sentient species we share the planet with.
